Each time I visit my photo spot, I assume that nothing interesting is going to happen. But usually, something interesting does happen. This time, as I was leaving, I noticed that they were placing the structural steel members between the 2nd and 3rd pylons on the left (where you see a crane neck poking up). So I took a sequence of photos which are on the enginnering details page.
