Building the east approach 13th cable bundle - cable rig is now in place and disassembly of the west approach crane. The counterweights have been removed from the west platform now that it is attached to the west approach. You can see the counterweights on the east platform (channel side, left) which will be removed once the east platform is attached to the east approach. In addition, the hurricane cables have been removed from the west deck.

West Approach
Note the hurricane cables have been removed

East Approach
Note counterweights on the channel side

West Approach: It appears that the crane has been disassembled (tear down time?)
East Approach: The cable building rig has been moved into position adjacent to the 13th anchor (on the edge girder erected last week)
