Closing the West Approach Gap: Note the cap completion on the approach pier and a pair of hurricane cable anchors in the river (lower center)

Closing the East Approach Gap: Note the extension of the channel side of the platform (8th anchor) and forms in place for pouring the cap on the approach pier
