Marvin Tallent: QA/QC PBC

Some folks are just plain friendly and helpful and Marvin is at the top of the list. We visited some of the on ramp and off ramp sites and Marvin saw that our flag was tangled. So, he fixed it.

Marvin is also a pretty good photographer

Moreover, Marvin is an avid cyclist and is often looking for opportunities to combine cycling with bridge work. Here is an example:

Cyclists (Marvin and Lori) will do anything to be first, especially when they are bridge workers!
