June 4 2005:The East Bay ramp and bicycle path

Bicycle fence is almost complete

Here you can see the divergence from East Bay onto the on ramp as well as the bicycle lane.

A closer view - a few loose ends - gaps in the bicycle fence - but mostly complete

Here is the roadway. Note the oxygen tank on the right - it has been here since February
